PT Indotruck Utama

Indotruck Utama just appointed Mulia Shandra Tehnik (MST) as the Volvo Trucks Authorized Service and Parts Shop in Banten province. MST is the first dealer of Indotruck Utama and become the pilot project in dealership network. It started the operation on early April 2003. The location of MST is on Raya Gerem Stret - very strategic and passed by almost Volvo Trucks operated there. Banten province, especially on Cilegon area, is one of the rapid growth industries area in Indonesia. There are some of the big plants like steel, oil and energy, gases, chemicals, and any other companies. As the matter of fact many Volvo Trucks are operated by some customers in Banten province. Indotruck Utama supports MST with the stock of Volvo Parts put on it warehouse and managed by an officer, beside implements the inventory system, conducts training for the mechanics and staff from MST.

As an importer of Volvo bus in Indonesia, PT Indotruck Utama is enhancing marketing activities for introducing and selling Volvo Bus. Nowadays, PT. Indotruck Utama opened a new sales office at Solo to support customers especially bus owners.

In Central Java, as the high population area in Indonesia with active wanderers, there are a lot of bus companies. So opening a new sales office at Solo is a right decision, it can cover wide area and many of bus companies. Beside for conduct marketing activities, it's also supporting parts and service operations. Indotruck assign one supervisor and two mechanics completed with Volvo action service car. The office location is at Jalan Ahmad Yani Km.8.5 Pabelan Kartasura, Sukoharjo. Almost buses will pass through this road when they go to and come from Jakarta.
