How We Started
Our organization is a member of the Indomobil
Group and begins our venture as the main distributor of Volvo
Trucks in 1988. The long road to success has been achieved
through years of painstaking work, commitment towards services,
as well as careful investments. Our head office is located
at Jl. Raya Cakung Kav. 3A, Semper Timur, 14130 Jakarta,
Indonesia. The four level office building measures
2,700 square meters, together with workshop and warehouse
area of 1,300 square meters each. We oversee and support the
well being of our customers throughout Indonesia with strong
technical and management backs up from our principals and
product manufactures.
o provide readliness and satisfy the customer
needs, we have established a total of 14 centres at strategic
locations throughout Indonesia such as Surabaya, Pekanbaru,
Koja, Narogong, Citeureup, Semarang, Cilacap, Solo, Lampung,
Prabumulih, Pangkalan Kerinci, Duri, Balikpapan (Kalmar &
Manitou), and Soroako. The company is still expanding to serve
our customers all over Indonesia. |
We
have a nationwide service network, which covers all aspects
of maintenance and service including "Fleet" maintenance
contract. Our emphasis on special tools, genuine parts and
factory-trained technicians has ensured highest standard of
service in the industry.
We
only provide genuine quality parts, with access to global
network to meet the objective of high level of parts availability
and fast delivery. Our main parts depot carry more than 14,000
items of spare parts. 
We
currently have well over two hundred employees who will do
their utmost to strive for highest quality and customer's
satisfaction. We emphasis and encourage continuous education
and skill improvement for our employees. This includes both
in-house and tailored made programs conducted in well-known
training centres in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and Sweden.
